Abraham, Family Medicine physician. “Think about portion size!” Dr. Abraham wants you to know about this, and some other simple tricks to use that can help you eat a little healthier.

“One 12-ounce soda has about 9-12 teaspoons of sugar, which is more sugar than you should have in one day,” says Dr. Abraham.
