New ARC Medical Home Extensivist believes in individualized patient care

ARC Medical Home Extensivist, Jessica L. Mackert, has joined the Extensivist team at our nine clinic locations:

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI, and a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner, from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Mackert believes in providing individualized care to her patients within evidence-based medicine. “It is important that they feel safe and comfortable and are able to openly discuss concerns and ask questions,” she says. “ I want to effectively address their needs.”

Although she grew up in Michigan, Jessica Mackert moved to Austin in 2008, and enjoys spending time with her young daughter and son, and participating in running events.
