Dr. Christine Hoang - Pediatrics

Meaningful Relationships Are What Drive This Doctor

“I grew up in Cedar Park and went to school there from elementary to high school,” says Dr. Christine N. Hoang, the latest Pediatrician to join the team at ARC Anderson Mill. Not only did Dr. Hoang grow up in the area, she continued her education in Texas, attending UT Austin, UTMB in Galveston, and then back again to complete her residency at UT Austin Dell Medical School.

Dr. Hoang says, “I chose pediatrics because it not only allows me to help patients feel better, but it also gives me the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships.” She adds “The most rewarding aspect of my career is being able to share in the excitement of a baby’s first words to a teenager’s new driver’s license. I strive to partner with parents to deliver quality care and help their child be happy and healthy.”

In her leisure time, Dr. Hoang enjoys a wide range of interests and activities. “When I’m not at work, you can find me teaching Sunday school, cooking up a storm, watching movies, exploring hiking trails, or practicing my country dance moves with my husband,” she tells us.

What is Dr. Hoang’s favorite health tip for families? “Try to find fun ways for your children to be active. This can include dance classes, sports, martial arts or just time at the playground. It can also be as simple as taking a family walk, which creates an opportunity to get our hearts pumping as well as strengthen the bond with our children!”

Dr. Hoang is currently accepting new patients at ARC Anderson Mill. Call 512-250-5571, or go online to make an appointment. Welcome, Dr. Christine Hoang!
