Skin cancer is the most common of all the cancers. It is estimated that one in five Americans will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. The good news is that if it is caught early, most skin cancer can be cured. That’s why ARC Dermatologist Dr. Maria Josephina Quintanilla-Dieck is talking about the signs and symptoms of skin cancer this Monday on the ARC Healthcare Minute.
Dr. Quintanilla-Dieck details some of the most common signs of skin cancer on Monday’s ARC Healthcare Minute, and advises everyone that “if you experience any of [the] symptoms, you should have your skin checked immediately by a dermatologist.”
