How’s Your Hearing?

Do you ask people to repeat themselves? Do you have trouble understanding the speech of women and children? If so, you might have some hearing loss. About 20 percent of Americans report some degree of hearing loss. At age 65, one out of three people has a hearing loss.

In this recent podcast, Dr. Amy Mullin, Audiologist at ARC South 1st Specialty, asks listeners a few questions that they can use to evaluate whether or not they might suffer some hearing loss.

She recommends that anyone see a licensed audiologist for a hearing evaluation if they suspect they might have hearing difficulties.

Dr. Mullin is currently accepting new patients at ARC South 1st Specialty. To make an appointment, call 512-443-1311 or make an appointment online.
