Dr. Brandon Zinn wants you to know that you do not have to be an athlete to seek help from a sports medicine physician. In this recent podcast, Dr. Brandon Zinn, Orthopedist and Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine physician at ARC Now Clinic and ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics, explains “In sports medicine, we treat all physical injuries – you don’t have to play a sport to see a sports medicine physician – the goal is to assess and treat your injury to get you moving again, safely.”

Dr. Zinn says, “When you have an injury or pain from sports, work, or other physical activities, you may think ‘My pain is not important enough to see a doctor.’“ But Dr. Zinn advises, “If the injury or pain limits your physical activity and what you choose to do or avoid doing, then it’s important.”
