ARC’s Dr. Jurado Shares Tips on “Turning down the Noise”

ARC’s Dr. Marco Jurado, recently spoke at a meeting of the Rotary Club of South Austin on proactive steps everyone can take to protect and preserve their hearing.

Dr. Jurado’s lighthearted presentation on “Turning Down the Noise,” covered practical steps folks can take to protect their hearing in the “Live Music Capital of the World.” Questions ranged from insurance coverage for hearing aids to how to gently get loved ones to recognize a hearing loss.

“We had an excellent group. Everyone was very interested and had fantastic questions,” said Dr. Jurado.
