27th Annual Travis County Walk/Alzheimer’s Texas Walk

The 27th Annual Travis County Walk/Alzheimer’s Texas Walk was held on October 6 at Camp Mabry. The Alzheimer’s Texas Walk is a meaningful way to share in a morning of building awareness for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders and advancing the mission of Alzheimer’s Texas. Best of all, 100% of funds raised stay local!

Team captain and ARC Cedar Park clinic manager, Darlene Guynes, led Team ARC in representing many ARC clinics from around the city. ARC also sponsored a booth, handing out health information and treats to the estimated 800 attendees.

This year’s theme was “Let's Give ALZ the Boot!” and participants who wore boots to the walk got a special prize!
