We are happy to welcome Dr. Crystal A. Steed to the team

Austin Regional Clinic is happy to announce that Crystal A. Steed, DO, Family Medicine, has joined the team at ARC Dripping Springs.

“My parents were examples of service, which instilled in me the desire to make a career of helping others; that combined with my love of science and learning led me to choose medicine,” says Dr. Steed of her decision to become a physician. “During medical school I grew to love the variety of patients and medicine found in primary care, this led to a residency in family medicine where I now have the opportunity to take care of patients in all stages of life.”

“It’s important for me to build trust with my patients and work with them to accomplish their health goals,” says Dr. Steed. “It is my privilege to listen to my patients, give them the most up-to-date counsel, and work on solutions together.”

A healthy life is worth the investment

Dr. Steed has many interests within her specialty, including women’s health and family planning, mental health, pediatrics, and clinical procedures.

When asked for a health tip, she says, “A healthy life may not look the same for everyone but it is worth investing the time and energy in yourself and your health goals.”

In her free time, Dr. Steed enjoys, “Working on physical fitness, outdoor activities, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
