Roche Coaguchek XS Test Strips Recall

The FDA has recalled Roche Coaguchek XS Test Strips, used to monitor levels of the blood thinner warfarin (also known by the brand names Coumadin and Jantoven).

Because an inaccurate result can lead to insufficient medication dosages and increase the risk for dangerous blood clots, patients who use Roche Coaguchek XS Test Strips to monitor blood thinner levels should schedule an appointment with an ARC clinic to have blood thinner levels verified at a lab.

Please schedule an appointment at your ARC clinic immediately.

You can schedule an appointment by calling your clinic and pressing “1.”
