Austin Regional Clinic Dripping Springs Opens August 19

Pediatricians, Family Medicine Coming to Fast-Growing Community

Austin Regional Clinic will open a new location Monday, August 19, 2019, to meet growing needs for medical care in Dripping Springs, the western Hays County community that has more than doubled in size over nine years.

ARC Dripping Springs will be staffed by family medicine physicians, Sean Chamberlain, DO, and Cameron Kielhorn, DORobert Norris, MD (Tuesdays only),and pediatrician Jacqueline Fournier, MD. Dr. Chamberlain is relocating his practice from ARC Southwest, and Drs. Fournier and Kielhorn are relocating their practices from ARC Kyle Plum Creek. Laboratory services will also be available at the clinic.

“We’re thrilled to be practicing at ARC Dripping Springs, allowing us to do what we love — providing medical care for families,” said Dr. Fournier.

Located at 27600 Ranch Road 12, Building 1, just north of the Highway 290/RR 12 intersection by Founders Memorial Park, the 6,600-square-foot facility will become Austin Regional Clinic’s 27th clinical location in Central Texas. ARC Dripping Springs will offer same-day appointments, 24/7 phone and online scheduling, the ARC MyChart patient portal and nursing services through the night, as well as flu shots, well-check exams and more.

Like much of Texas, Dripping Springs has seen a surge of population growth, from about 1,800 residents in 2010 to nearly 4,000 today, making it one of Hays County’s fastest-growing cities. The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce estimates the city serves a retail trade area of about 74,000 people.

“Rapid growth is increasing demand for medical services located close to home and work,” said ARC Operations Director Gregg Blair. “We are excited to be in the Dripping Springs area, offering residents in and around the community access to quality primary care in their neighborhood.”

A public Ribbon-Cutting ceremony is planned for Thursday, August 29, at 12 noon.
