ARC Kelly Lane is Now Underway!

Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) executives, staff, and representatives of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation, the City of Pflugerville, and the landowners of the property joined forces today to officially break ground on the new ARC Kelly Lane, ARC’s second location in Pflugerville.
Officiating at the Groundbreaking Ceremony was Shontel Mays, President & CEO of the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, who welcomed the many attendees and special guests from the Pflugerville Chamber Board & Ambassadors, Pflugerville City Council, Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC), landowners Larry Mellenbruch and Mary Ann Meigs, and ARC.
“Pflugerville deserves the best and we know ARC will deliver it,” said Amy Madison, Executive Director of the PCDC. Larry Mellenbruch, whose mother was born on the property 101 years ago, said “We created an entity called Keystone 1916 the year mother was born, and we as a family are thrilled to have Austin Regional Clinic on this property.”
Dr. Norman H. Chenven, Founding CEO of ARC, told the crowd that “We are following our patients, and are so excited to be in a place that makes the most sense.” Dr. Chenven accepted a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from Congressman Michael McCaul’s office (Texas, 10th District).
ARC Kelly Lane, located at 2100 Autumn Slate Drive just off of SH 130 and Kelly Lane, will be a 10,000 sq.-ft. clinic offering Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and onsite lab. General Contractor is Austin Canyon Corporation, and architect is Neel Morton of Office of Architecture, It will be the second location for the growing city, joining ARC Pflugerville near I-35. The clinic is slated to open in late Fall, 2018.
