ARC Healthiness Brings Lifestyle Change Options to Round Rock
June 12, 2019
ARC Healthiness is a one-of-a-kind lifestyle change program that offers personalized weight-loss plans and support from a team of doctors, dietitians, health coaches, and health guides to help participants reach their health and activity goals.
Moving ARC Healthiness to Sendero Springs
Beginning Tuesday, June 18, the ARC Healthiness health guides and dietitians will relocate to ARC Sendero Springs, from ARC Medical Plaza Specialty, to provide increased availability for our patients in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and the surrounding areas. The team will be at ARC Sendero Springs, at 1431 and Sendero Springs Dr., each week from Tuesday through Friday.
“Relocating to ARC Sendero Springs allows our team to consult with and support more of the many patients who are coming into the ARC Healthiness program,” said Lindsey Jennings, ARC Healthiness program manager. “We look forward to offering our services to more patients in Williamson County.”
How ARC Healthiness Helps
Customized plans from ARC Healthiness include Ideal Protein, a medically developed partial meal-replacement plan for people who want to lose 30-40 pounds and Optifast, a medically supervised total meal replacement plan for people who want to lose 50-60 pounds. Calorie-based meal plans combined with medical nutrition therapy, weekly check-ins, and physician supervision are also available.
