ARC has appointment options for every comfort level

During the past months, many patients have delayed seeking needed health care because of concerns about COVID-19. But, we at ARC want to urge everyone to continue seeking treatment for health problems, and to continue practicing preventive health care by seeing their physician for well-checks, physicals, and other types of screenings.

Austin Regional Clinic continues to work tirelessly to ensure the safety of patients and staff alike; setting up different modes of seeking care and creating safe environments. Rest assured, our doctors are here for everyone, not just COVID-19 patients.

ARC has appointment options that can save time, increase patient safety, and suit varied levels of comfort.

  • Book a telemedicine visit. All of our doctors can do an initial evaluation via telemedicine, with a phone or video visit. This type of visit is easy to set up, even for the technology-challenged! Your doctor may be able diagnose you at that tele-visit but he/she may ask you to come into the office for an in-clinic appointment.
  • Book your child’s visit at a well clinic on a Saturday. We offer children's well-check visits on Saturdays at well clinics where our doctors only see well people these days.
  • Book an in-clinic visit. Our clinics are clean, safe, and well within compliance of medical protocols. A few of our in-clinic precautions include:
    • Screening every patient at the entrance
    • Separate exam rooms
    • Exam rooms cleaned after every visit
    • Separate hallways in some clinics to separate people with symptoms. If not, symptomatic patients are asked to wait in their cars.
    • 100% mask compliance for all patients and staff
    • Socially distanced waiting rooms
    • High touch areas cleaned multiple times each day
    • And more… (read more about our COVID-19 precautions)

If you are still reluctant to seek health care for an acute or chronic condition, we encourage you to watch this video, The Other Patients. You can hear our doctors talk about why it's important to keep up with your and your family’s health.

Remember, when it comes to your health, don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today. Book an appointment now at ARCbooknow.com.
