ARC Doctors are Committed to Our Medicare Patients

ARC introduces our Connected Senior Care Advantage (CSCA) Program –- A program that invests in systems and technology, expanding our successful Medical Home model of care to our Medicare patients. Since 2011, the ARC Medical Home has proven that our specially-designed proactive and coordinated model of care results in better outcomes for our patients.

Robust Networks with Doctors Coordinating Your Care

The Connected Senior Care Advantage (CSCA) program and network is part of the 2019 Humana and WellCare Medicare Advantage plans, and we hope to make it part of more 2019 Medicare Advantage plans. With the CSCA program, these plans offer a large quality network of primary care and specialty doctors, including all ARC doctors, enabling us to provide our Medicare-eligible patients better access to more coordinated care.
