I have chosen the profession of Orthopedic
Surgery so that I could have the ability to come to know people, their goals,
and do my best to get them back to the activities that bring them joy. I
am very conservative when treating my patients, exhausting all
nonoperative treatments before discussing surgery. I believe that an
educated patient is a happy patient. I work hard to build reasonable
expectations so my patients know what to expect. And should a patient decide to
move forward with surgery, it is my goal to remain as minimally invasive
as possible while correcting their problem, and to provide them the support and
access they need after surgery to facilitate a full recovery.
