Company & Professional Background

Ms. Shalev is the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, & Engagement for ARC and Covenant MSO.  In her role, she oversees the Marketing and Customer Service teams, and is the product lead for the ARC MyChart patient portal. She is responsible for brand management, strategic marketing, communications, referral and community relations, and patient engagement.   Prior to joining ARC in 2001, Ms. Shalev owned Impact International, a visual communication services and multimedia graphic design company.

Education

Ms. Shalev holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC, and a Master of Arts degree in Journalism  from The University of Texas at Austin. She is proficient in four languages.

Professional Membership

Ms. Shalev is a member of the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) Marketing & PR Council, and the Council of Accountable Physician Practices (CAPP) Communications Committee.
