Company & Professional Background

Ms. Parker joined ARC in 1982, and during her more than 35 years at ARC, managed various departments and strategic partnerships, including the ARC Marketing & Communications Department, MediView Operations (a third party administrator for ARC's parent company, Covenant Management Systems), ARC retail clinics and onsite clinic services, the ARC Physical Therapy Department, and the Medicare Advantage Program. Most recently, she developed the Medical Home/Population Health programs. She was named Market President of Connected Senior Care Advantage, a partnership between Austin Regional Clinic and other providers, in 2018.


Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

Professional Membership

Ms. Parker is a member of the Metropolitan Breakfast Club, a professional business networking organization, and serves on the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) Marketing/PR Council.

Community Leadership & Volunteering

Ms. Parker has served on numerous committees for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and is the recipient of the 2009 Volunteer of the Year Award from the Chamber's Communications Division. She also received the 2012 Austin Business Journal's "Women of Influence" Award. In addition, Ms. Parker has been a driver for Meals on Wheels and More since 2010.
