ARC Gives Back to the Greater Austin Community

Austin Regional Clinic supports health care goals in the Greater Austin Community both by providing health care to individuals, and also by contributing to and participating in programs that focus on improving health conditions for EVERYONE in the ten communities we serve through medical care, screenings, research or education. ARC is proud to support the various local events and organizations listed below.

Manor Easter Egg Hunt

The 1st Annual Manor Easter Egg Hunt, was held on Saturday March 24th and it was a great success! The park looked great with all the decorations and the kids’ expressions when the Easter Bunny waved at them were so memorable!

Junior League Bunny Brunch

The 3rd Annual Bunny Brunch, sponsored by The Junior League of Austin, featured children’s crafts, a petting zoo, live music, face painting, an egg hunt, and special guest, the Easter Bunny!

The 16th Annual Buda Chamber of Commerce Gala – Budamanji , was held on Saturday, March 3rd at the TDS Exotic Game Ranch and filled with music, games, a silent auction, fabulous food, and live animals everywhere.

ARC Manor employees Amanda Broderick, Mary Brown, Briana Early and Dr. Jacqueline Champlain, assisted by Erica Jones (MPT OB) and Tahina Lavalliere (South OB) greeted hundreds of Manor residents as sponsors and booth-hosts at the annual Christmas In The Park, December 10 at Jennie Lake Park in Manor.

ARC Buda Joins in the Fun at Budafest 2017!

ARC Buda helped sponsor the 38th Annual Budafest on Dec 2-3, 2017 in Buda. Clinic Manager, Victoria Escamilla along with employees Kristen Chavez, Ovidio Castro, Cheri Espitia, and Veni Soto attended the event and spoke with hundreds of residents who were so excited we were in Buda.

26th Annual Manor Lions Fest

On October 7, the 26th Annual Manor Lions Fest sponsored by the Manor Lions Club was held in…Manor! The staff from ARC Manor joined the fun by offering games and health information at their booth.

2017 LEEF Mudstacle

On October 14, staff members from ARC Cedar Park and ARC Cedar Park Medical Plaza, joined the fun at the 2017 LEEF Mudstacle & Family Adventure Run. This team of staff members entertained participants with games and prizes. They also offered health information and if needed, first aid.

On October 14, the ARC Kyle Plum Creek staff was on hand to help out at the Hootenanny on the Hill. This annual event, sponsored by the Plum Creek HOA, is a fall festival for the whole family!

Pflugerville Pfamily Pfestival

The Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce hosted its 17th Annual Pfamily Pfestival and Expo on October 1 at the Stone Hill Town Center. Austin Regional Clinic was on hand with a booth for event that celebrates family fun and business networking.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Dr. Shana Godfred-Cato was recruited to work with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on Zika preparation, due to her work with the National Guard on this issue. She will continue her practice at ARC Kyle Plum Creek on a reduced schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for her and for ARC!

Teen Heart Screening at ARC Southwest

Championship Hearts Foundation (CHF) provides free heart screenings in Texas for teen athletes, marching band, cheer and drill team members, and any student ages 14 to 18. On July 15, a screening was held at ARC Southwest.
