About Stephanie J. Harris, APRN, FNP-BC

  • Stephanie Harris was born in California, and lived in several places as part of a military family before growing up in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Learn more about Nurse Practitioners.

I believe nursing is in my blood, as both of my grandmothers were nurses. I fell in love with patient care and being an advocate for those in their most vulnerable time. I believe in a holistic approach, as my patients are more than their medical ailment – they are a whole person and there needs to be balance in their life. Most importantly, patients sometimes just need me to pause, listen, and care. And I emphasize preventive care, and early intervention when possible.

We loved Nurse Harris! She was caring and attentive. And didn’t make us waste our time on tests when she knew mt daughter’s diagnosis. She’s awesome!!!!

Nurse Harris was very detailed and helpful. My daughter has horrible anxiety at the dr and Nurse Harris was totally cool and patient with her. As a parent I felt so comforted because she listened to me and answered every question. This was the quickest and easiest throat culture my daughter ever had to go through, my daughter still hates it but it was over so fast. Incredibly grateful for Stephanie Harris!
