About Andrea S. Raymond, MD

  • Dr. Raymond grew up in San Antonio. In her free time, Dr. Raymond enjoys spending time with her family and dog, hiking, cooking, and traveling. Among her favorite area locales is the Austin greenbelt.

I chose to go into medicine after watching my grandmother navigate her limited access to medical care. I chose Neurology because I found the nervous system fascinating, involving the whole patient. I believe empathetic listening to the patient’s history is the crux of good medical care. People often just want to be heard.

    Outstanding interest in my visit.

  • May 15, 2024

Dr Raymond is very nice and explained my condition and possible treatments. Everyone at clinic was nice. I didn’t feel very well but the nurse that saw me was also very nice and friendly

  • May 14, 2024

Dr Raymond and staff made sure I knew how to access telemedicine beforehand and was thorough during our visit. She made things easy to understand with clear next steps.

  • May 11, 2024

It was a good overall experience. Was difficult getting an appointment and the location wasn’t as easy to find.

  • May 10, 2024

Dr. Raymond was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything to me.

  • May 10, 2024

I was informed that the Dr was with another patient so I had to wait over 30 minutes once taken back. She was very nice and I’m sure she is busy but being informed of an actual time delay would be more helpful when arriving. Sitting and waiting adds frustration.
