Secure On-Line Appointment Requests

• Same Day Appointment: for those days that you are ill and need to see a doctor that day.
• Future Appointment: physicals, well checks, allergy injections, lab tests (w/ orders), and follow-ups.

• Specialty Physicians: Please call the specialist's office directly
• New patient to ARC: Please make a FUTURE appointment request.
• Request for a prescription or refill: Please call your pharmacy directly.
• Injury on the job: Please contact your employer for contracted worker's compensation providers.

These appointment requests are checked every business day and an e-mail response can be expected within 2-4 hours for same day appointments, or within 24 hours for future appointments. Appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance.
