Same-Day Requests: A response can be expected within 2-4 business hours. Appointments for same-day requests made after 12:00pm may be scheduled at the nearest After Hours Clinic or at the requested clinic for the next business day.
Future Requests: A response can be expected within 2-4 business day.
Cancellations: A response can be expected within 1 business day. Appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. We cannot accept cancellation notices for the After Hours Clinic.
Please do not make online requests for chest pain, stroke symptoms, asthma symptoms, or other urgent concerns.
