Future Primary Care Appointment:
physicals, well checks, allergy injections, lab tests (w/ orders), and follow-ups.

Future Specialty Care Appointment:
initial consultations, follow-up visits and referrals for specialty care.

Appointment Cancellation:
please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.
