Due to the Memorial Day weekend, there will be a delay in Online requests that are received after 3:30pm, Friday, May 24th, 2013 through 9:00am Tuesday, May 28th, 2013. Please expect to receive a confirmation to any request sent during that time within two to four business days after our return on Tuesday, May 28th. If you need an earlier response, please call your doctor's office directly.

Please do not make online requests for chest pain, stroke symptoms, asthma symptoms, or other urgent concerns.

For emergencies call 9-1-1.

For urgent care, after hours or all-night nurses call (512) 346-6611.


  • Same Day Appointment:
    for those days that you are ill and need to see a doctor within 24 hours.
    Request Response Time: 2-4 business hours
    Appointments may be scheduled at the nearest After Hours Clinic or at the requested clinic for the next business day for requests made after 12:00pm .
  • Future Primary Care Appointment:
    physicals, well checks, allergy injections, lab tests (w/ orders), and follow-ups.
    Request Response Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Future Specialty Care Appointment:
    initial consultations, follow-up visits and referrals for specialty care.
    Request Response Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Appointment Cancellation:
    please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.
    Request Response Time: Within 1 business day.
    We cannot accept cancellation notices for the After Hours Clinic.
