These appointment requests are checked every business day and an e-mail response can be expected within 2-4 hours for same day appointments, or within 24 hours for future appointments. Appointment cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance.

Please Note: If your request is received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday you can expect a response on the next business day.

• Same Day Appointment:
  for those days that you are ill and need to see a doctor within 24 hours.
• Future Primary Care Appointment:
  physicals, well checks, allergy injections, lab tests (w/ orders), and follow-ups.
• Future Specialty Care Appointment:
  initial consultations, follow-up visits and referrals for specialty care.
• Appointment Cancellation:
  please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.
