For all refills, please contact your pharmacy first and they will then contact us. Routine refills will be called back to your pharmacy within two business days. We are not able to call in your pharmacy refills in the evenings or weekends. Make sure you give us plenty of notice BEFORE you run out of medication to get your refill. Please give us at least two business days we can serve you better.

Triplicate Prescription Refill

Please contact our office five business days prior to needing a refill for a medication requiring a triplication prescription (for narcotics and controlled drugs). These prescriptions may be picked up at your doctor's office after our staff notifies you it is ready. Triplicate prescriptions require more paperwork and complexity than routine prescriptions. There is a $10 charge for lost or expired triplicate forms.
