Austin Regional Clinic registers ARC patients at a central location To register as a new patient or update your change you insurance or any personal information please call the Central Registration Department at (512) 407-6446. The registration only takes 5-10 minutes over the phone. See below for more details on ARC registration procedures.

NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION: Call Central Registration at (512) 407-6446. You will need all of your health insurance information on hand for this phone call. You can also access our on-line registration form. This form can be printed from our web site and faxed in to Central Registraion.Click here for the printable form and further instructions.

INSURANCE AND PERSONAL INFO UPDATES : Call Central Registration at (512) 407-6446. You will need all of your new health insurance information on hand for this phone call as well as any personal information that has changed. If you have an insurance plan that must be renewed monthly, it is smart to call and update the information with Central Registration before your visit. This can prevent you from being delayed at the front desk or having an appointment rescheduled because your insurance is no longer compatible with ARC.

APPOINTMENTS: If you need to make changes to the information we have in our system for you at the time of making an appointment over the phone, we will make the appointment as usual and then transfer you to Central Registration to record the new information in our system.

CHECK-IN: If you have a change to make when you come in for your appoinment, you will check in as usual, then we will direct you to our Registration Represenatives on site to update your information.
