Your Weight Loss Plan for the New Year: Diet & Exercise

The new year is around the corner! If one of your new year's resolutions is to lose the winter weight gained from Thanksgiving and the pending feasts for Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the ARC Weight Management program gives you the support you need to start the year off right.
Our qualified, multidisciplined healthcare staff have been assisting Central Texans like you lose weight and maintain their weight loss since 1988. Whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 100, our program can help you.
One such program, the Health at Home program, recognizes the difficulty of attending afternoon or evening sessions that require commuting in and around Austin area traffic, so group sessions are being offered by telephone. Participants visit Dr. Hillary Gwen Miller, Program Medical Director, and Jennie Comstock, Program Director, once a month in person, and participate in weekly group calls.
Participants will also maintain weekly records and weight logs and email them to the ARC Weight Management Program prior to the weekly group call. The ARC program has been successful for many of our participants. They have used the program for their initial weight loss and to sustain their new, healthier weight.
