"My goal is to get to the root of a problem that is limiting my patients' quality of daily life and athletic pursuits. I strive to discover the underlying movement dysfunction that led to their problem. I use manual therapy (including joint manipulation where warranted) to help optimize the musculoskeletal system, and teach patients self-management techniques to maintain and continue their gains long-term."
