Some ARC physicians only accept established patients because their practice has grown and it may be increasingly difficult for their regular patients to get an appointment. In the interest of providing continuity of care for patients who have already chosen them as their PCP, they close their practice to any new patients. ARC always has other physicians at the same location who will accept new patients in their practice.
