Nurse who gave me my TDAP was amazing

  • March 20, 2024

The sonogram/doctor/lab were not on the same page about the reason for my visit and I had to direct everybody as to why I was there.

  • March 16, 2024

The nurse was AMAZING - personable, friendly, professional, patient, kind, and she made me feel comfortable and cared for. The same is true of Dr. Sandhu; she answered all questions with patience and sensitivity, told me what she was going to do prior to doing it, and showed gentleness and kindness. Front staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and cordial. Stellar staff and fantastic experience. Big thanks ARC!

  • March 16, 2024

Liked the convenience of being able to do follow up on a call versus in office

  • March 7, 2024

Would expect to see the scans in the test results

  • March 5, 2024

My only complaint with this office has always been the amount of time it takes to either reach a nurse or leave a message for one. Recently I had surgery and while I was not having an emergency I couldn’t get thru to ask a very important question in and hr and 15 min hold time. Ended up I had to use the after hours line and was on there for almost 2 hrs before they were able to get a message to my doctor. Then about five days later same thing. Over an hr to reach a nurses line. There is no exuse for that especially when the office is run great otherwise.
