NEW CEDAR PARK FACILITY OPENS
February 12, 2008 - Austin Regional Clinic opens its third Cedar Park location in the new Cedar Park Regional Medical Plaza, 1401 Medical Parkway, Building B, Ste. 220, on Monday, February 18.
The new clinic, known as ARC Cedar Park Medical Plaza, has 26 exam rooms, treatment rooms, a non-stress testing room, and sonography in approximately 10,000 sq. ft., with an additional 5,000 square feet for planned expansion. The clinic also has an on-site lab.
ARC Internal Medicine Drs. Edith Lepgold and Sonia Alvarez (formerly at ARC Discovery); General Surgeon Dr. Edward Bombach (formerly at ARC Cedar Park), and OB/Gyn Drs. Anita Sandhu and Anthony Monteiro (formerly at Seton Northwest) will be located in the new clinic.
ARC Cedar Park (on Whitestone Blvd.) will continue to offer Family Practice, and ARC Discovery (on Discovery Blvd.) will continue with Pediatrics.
“With the continued growth of the Cedar Park area, expanding our services to add a third clinic allows ARC to better meet the increasing needs of this community,” explained ARC Chief Operations Officer Susan Patton. The new facility brings to 19 the number of ARC clinics in Travis and Williamson counties, with plans for expansions into Leander and Kyle.
The new Cedar Park Regional Medical Center opened December 15, 2007. The Medical Plaza, a three-story, 75,000 sq. ft. building, opened in January, 2008, and will house several tenants in addition to ARC.
