ARC To Open New Southwest Clinic
October 20, 2009. Austin Regional Clinic will open a new facility, ARC Southwest, on Monday, October 26, and will close its clinic at 8204 Brodie Lane. The new ARC clinic is located at 1807 Slaughter Lane, Ste. 490 (corner of Manchaca Road and Slaughter Lane), in the former Albertson’s building next to Planet Fitness. All ARC physicians who practiced on Brodie Lane will relocate to ARC Southwest.
ARC Southwest has 15,500 square feet, 46 exam rooms, and plenty of free parking. Sixteen physicians provide Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. New services at ARC Southwest include Daytime Urgent Care beginning November 2, and After Hours Clinic beginning November 30. The clinic will continue to offer on-site lab and radiology services.
“We are very excited about this move,” said ARC Southwest Clinic Manager Cindy McBroom. “Having the new and expanded space, plus the addition of Daytime Urgent Care and After Hours Clinic, will allow us to better serve even more area residents for their healthcare needs.”
