AUSTIN REGIONAL CLINIC PFLUGERVILLE EXTENDS WALK-IN SCHOOL & SPORTS PHYSICALS SCHEDULE
August 5, 2009. ARC Pflugerville, located at 15803 Windermere Drive, Ste. 103, has extended its Walk-in School & Sports Physicals schedule through August 27 for school-aged children ages 5-17.
Walk-in hours for these exams are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Patients are asked to bring health insurance information and an updated immunization record. All patients must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
In addition, Pflugerville pediatricians are providing school-aged children’s physicals on the four Saturdays in August, August 8, 15, 22 and 29, in the mornings only. Patients are asked to call ARC Pflugerville to schedule Saturday appointments.
Children can also receive required immunizations for school. As of August 1, 2009, there are several new school immunization requirements for vaccines for Hepatitis A; Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR); Varicella; Tetanus; Diphtheria & Pertussis (Tdap); and Meningococcal.
