Spring 2009

Several ARC employees participated in Round Rock ISD’s  “PAYS (Preparing All Youth for Success)” Program at Round Rock High School this Spring, talking to students about various healthcare careers. From ARC Round Rock were Mark Young, Clinic Manager; Chris Shipman, RN; and Laura Crapps, Business Office Supervisor. In addition, Lynda Shanblum, Marketing; Amanda Hill,  Director, Provider/Patient Relations; and Selina Robertson, Business Office  Supervisor, ARC Cedar Park Medical Plaza also talked to students about their jobs and career options.

Commented Selina: “After I did my talk, I asked the kids to tell me and show me what makes them special...  By the time I left they were singing and dancing. It was great!“

Round Rock ISD thanked ARC saying,  “Thanks again for the deluge of talent from ARC. We appreciate you guys so much!”
