ARC Drs. Boris Gritzka and Maria Scranton named "Top Doc"

Two ARC Round Rock Pediatricians, Drs. Boris Gritzka and Maria Scranton were presented with the "Top Doc" award by the University ot Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in November.

The doctors were among just six Texas pediatricians who were recognized as for this award, three of whom were Austin-area doctors.

The awards recognize the contributions of community-based physicians who give their time and effort for the education of the next generation of health care professionals. The two were selected from among more than 250 active student preceptors, based on multiple criteria that included explemplary student evaluations, time and commitment to community-based education, quality of the educational environment, and participation in faculty development and community service activities.
