ARC voted one of the Best Places to Work- again!
Austin Business Journal places Austin Regional Clinic in top three among large companies.
Austin Regional Clinic was awarded a trophy from the Austin Business Journal for being one of the Best Places to Work in Central Texas. This year ARC won third place in the category of large companies, which includes companies over 250 employees.
Employees from over 150 companies responded to the employee satisfaction survey, and only 50 companies from the original 150 received an award. Lyn Chasteen, ABJ Publisher wrote, "This year's Best Places to Work winners represent some of the finest workplaces in Central Texas."
This is the fourth year in a row that ARC has won a spot in the top three best places to work. In the three previous years of this award ARC won second place. The second place winner this year was Hilton Austin and the first place winner in our category this year was St. David's HealthCare. First place winners in the other categories included Vintage Information Technology Services in the small companies category and Catapult Systems in the medium companies category.
The awards were announced at the Austin Business Journal Best Places to Work Pep Rally and Luncheon on June 21. ARC CEO and Founder, Dr. Norman Chenven was there to accept the award on behalf of ARC. "In a very busy and quickly growing healthcare environment, we rely on the compassion and expertise of all of our employees to meet the needs of our patients. From A - to - Z, accounting to x-ray techs and everything in between, we couldn't do it without them. We are really proud of our employees who have created a great place to work."
