ARC offers pediatrician offices in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, and Kyle. The pediatricians at Austin Regional Clinic practice the preventive care model of medicine. We believe it is important to keep you well so that you and your family have less medical emergencies.

Well-Check Visits
The Academy of Pediatrics recommends a well check every year from ages 3 through 18 years. Prior to age 3, there is a specific well-check schedule recommended.

A visit with a health care provider before the baby is born is important for first-time parents, those with high-risk pregnancies, and any other parent who wishes to discuss common issues such as feeding, circumcision, and general questions.

After your baby is born, the doctor who sees your baby in the hospital will tell you when to schedule your next visit. In general, this is 2-3 days after bringing the baby home (for breast-fed babies) or when the baby is 2-4 days old (for all babies who are released from a hospital before they are 2 days old).
