ARC Flu Vaccine Price List (2009)
Your health insurance is likely to include coverage for a flu vaccination, including 2009 H1N1. The usual copay is $15-$25. Please check with your health plan for their exact coverage arrangements. Please note, though the H1N1 is provided free of charge, ARC does charge an administration fee. The administration fee for H1N1 may differ depending on your health plan. ARC will collect the administration fee in accordance with your health plan and state guidelines. Patients without insurance will pay a flat fee of $19.20.
If you do not have insurance, or if your insurance does not cover the shot, see the prices below for the administration fees and flu shot prices. The total cost includes the vaccine fee plus the administration fee.*
